Privacy Policy
Effective October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Sunday Reset handles information collected through our Longview laundry-service launch website. Contact us at hello@longviewlaundry.com with privacy questions.
Information we collect
When you join our launch list, we collect the email address and mobile number you provide, along with your choice to receive launch emails and marketing texts. If you contact us, we also receive the information you include in your message. Our hosting and communication providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and delivery records to operate and secure their services.
How we use information
We use your information to manage the launch list, send the updates and offers you requested, administer the advertised $15 first-order launch credit, answer questions and operate and protect the website. Joining the list does not place a laundry order or make a payment.
Service providers and sharing
We use Sender to manage launch-list subscriptions and communications, and website-hosting providers to serve the site. They process information needed to provide those services. We do not sell your launch-list information or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. Sharing needed to deliver our communications is limited to providers that support those services. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security.
Email and text choices
Use the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails to stop receiving them. Reply STOP to a marketing text to opt out of texts. For assistance or to withdraw your consent, email hello@longviewlaundry.com. See our SMS Terms for details.
Cookies and website resources
We use the Google Ads tag to support advertising measurement. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers to associate visits with ad clicks and measure advertising performance. This can involve processing information such as IP address, browser and device information, page visits and ad interactions. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to show ads based on past visits where personalized advertising is enabled. We do not include your signup email address or mobile number in the tracking code or page URLs. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center and manage cookies through your browser settings. The site also loads Google Fonts, and hosting providers process technical information to deliver and secure the site.
Retention, security and requests
We retain launch-list information while needed to manage subscriptions and communications. Limited records may be retained to honor opt-outs or meet legal obligations. We use HTTPS and service providers to help protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may verify your identity before responding and may retain information where required by law or needed to maintain an opt-out.
Children and policy updates
This launch list is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If a child has submitted information, contact us so we can address it. We may update this policy as the service develops; the effective date above identifies the latest version.
